Terms of Use

TruckerTaxTime · Effective date: August 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using TruckerTaxTime, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. Not tax, legal, or accounting advice

TruckerTaxTime is a record-keeping and planning tool. The quarterly tax estimates it calculates are simplified projections based on figures you enter and general IRS rules — they are not tax advice and are not guaranteed to be accurate or current. You are responsible for verifying all figures with a licensed accountant, tax preparer, or the IRS before filing or making a payment. We are not liable for penalties, interest, or losses resulting from reliance on the app's calculations.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the trip, expense, and income data you enter, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app.

4. Subscriptions

TruckerTaxTime is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed through your Apple ID or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly; those are handled by Apple/Google per their respective policies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service's operation.

6. Data and exports

You own the trip, expense, and income data you enter. Exports you generate (Excel/PDF/receipt bundles) are your responsibility to store and share appropriately once downloaded from the app.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of calculations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clement Enterprise Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including tax penalties, lost data, or business losses.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
