TruckerTaxTime is provided by Clement Enterprise Company LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and your choices.
• Account information: your email address, used for sign-in. • Location data: GPS coordinates while you use trip tracking, used to calculate mileage and attribute it to states/provinces for IFTA reporting. You control when tracking starts and stops. • Photos: receipt images you capture or select, stored so you can attach them to expenses and export them for tax records. • Financial records you enter: trip, expense, and income data you type into the app. • Subscription status: whether you have an active subscription, managed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat — we do not receive or store your payment card details.
We use your information to operate the app's core features: tracking mileage, storing expenses and income, calculating estimated taxes, generating exports, and syncing your data across your devices. We do not sell your personal information.
• Supabase, our database/hosting and file storage provider, stores your account and trip/expense/income data and receipt photos on our behalf. • Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process subscription payments and report subscription status to us — they see your purchase details, we do not. We do not share your tax or location data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data is encrypted in transit. Your trip, expense, and income records and receipt photos are restricted to your account using database-level access rules, so other users cannot read them.
You can edit or delete individual trips, expenses, and income entries at any time in the app. To request deletion of your entire account and associated data, contact us at thomasmclement@yahoo.com.
TruckerTaxTime is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
